Bu kullanım koşulları (“Koşullar”), Astegra mobil uygulaması ve ilgili web hizmetlerinin kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek, kaydolarak veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
Astegra; kullanıcıların doğum haritalarını oluşturmasına, astrolojik analizler almasına, uyum analizleri yapmasına, uyumlu kullanıcılarla eşleşip mesajlaşmasına ve yapay zekâ destekli yorumlardan yararlanmasına olanak sağlayan dijital bir platformdur.
Astegra tarafından sunulan içerikler bilgilendirme ve eğlence amaçlıdır. Uygulama içinde sunulan yorumlar kesinlik iddiası taşımaz.
Uygulamayı kullanabilmek için kullanıcıdan bazı bilgiler talep edilebilir; örneğin:
Bu bilgiler yalnızca astrolojik analizlerin oluşturulması amacıyla kullanılır.
Kullanıcı:
Kullanıcı hesabını istediği zaman uygulama içinden (Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil) kalıcı olarak silebilir.
Uygulama içinde isteğe bağlı ücretli hizmetler sunulur:
Astegra Premium (otomatik yenilenen abonelik): 1 aylık, 3 aylık ve 6 aylık planlar halinde sunulur. Güncel fiyatlar satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
Işık Paketleri (tek seferlik satın alma): Uygulama içi özellikleri açmak için kullanılan sanal jetonlardır (25, 60 ve 150’lik paketler). Işıklar gerçek para değeri taşımaz, devredilemez ve uygulama dışında kullanılamaz.
İadeler, satın almanın yapıldığı mağazanın (Apple App Store / Google Play) iade politikalarına tabidir ve ilgili mağaza üzerinden talep edilir.
Astegra, kullanıcılar arası mesajlaşma ve profil içerikleri barındıran sosyal bir platformdur. Kullanıcılar; paylaştıkları mesaj, fotoğraf ve profil bilgilerinin tüm sorumluluğunu üstlenir.

Astegra uygulaması, tasarımı, logosu, maskot karakteri, yazılımı ve içerikleri telif hakları ve diğer fikri mülkiyet hakları ile korunmaktadır.
Kullanıcılar bu içerikleri:
Astegra’nın yazılı izni olmadan hiçbir içerik çoğaltılamaz.
Astegra uygulamasında sunulan astrolojik yorumlar:
kararlar için tavsiye niteliği taşımaz.
Kullanıcılar uygulamayı kendi sorumlulukları altında kullanır. Astegra, kullanıcılar arasındaki etkileşimlerden veya kullanıcıların paylaştığı içeriklerden doğan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Astegra, uygulama özelliklerini herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme, güncelleme veya kaldırma hakkını saklı tutar.
Astegra aşağıdaki durumlarda kullanıcı hesabını askıya alma veya kapatma hakkını saklı tutar:
Kullanıcı verilerinin nasıl işlendiği ve korunduğu Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında açıklanmaktadır.
Bu kullanım koşulları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
Astegra uygulamasında sunulan astrolojik analizler, yorumlar ve içerikler, üçüncü taraf bir yapay zeka servisi olan Google Gemini kullanılarak oluşturulur.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the Astegra mobile application and related web services. By downloading, registering for, or using the app, you accept these Terms.
Astegra is a digital platform that allows users to create birth charts, receive astrological analyses, run compatibility readings, match and message compatible users, and benefit from AI-assisted interpretations. All content provided by Astegra is for informational and entertainment purposes only and carries no claim of certainty.
To use the app, certain information may be requested (birth date, birth time, birth place), used solely to generate astrological analyses. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, you are responsible for the security of your account, and you must be at least 18 years old. You may permanently delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account).
Astegra Premium (auto-renewable subscription): offered as 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month plans; current prices are shown on the purchase screen.
Light Packs (consumable purchases): virtual tokens (packs of 25, 60, 150) used to unlock in-app features. Lights have no real-money value, are non-transferable, and cannot be used outside the app.
Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the store where the purchase was made (Apple App Store / Google Play).
Astegra is a social platform with user-to-user messaging and profile content. Users are fully responsible for the messages, photos, and profile information they share.
The following are not allowed: insults, harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination; obscene, violent, or illegal content; impersonation or misleading profiles; spam.
Enforcement tools in the app: profile photos pass moderation review before becoming visible; users can report inappropriate content or behavior (reports are reviewed and acted upon); users can block other users (blocked users cannot contact you). Violating content may be removed and the related account suspended or terminated.
Users may not: use the app for unlawful purposes; attempt to damage the system; disrupt other users’ experience; copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app’s software. Such behavior may result in account suspension or termination.
The Astegra app, its design, logo, mascot character, software, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit this content. No content may be reproduced without Astegra’s written permission.
Astrological readings in Astegra do not constitute advice for financial, legal, health, or psychological decisions. Users use the app at their own responsibility. Astegra is not liable for damages arising from interactions between users or from user-shared content.
Astegra reserves the right to change, update, or remove app features at any time.
Astegra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of: violation of these Terms, violation of community rules, abuse of the system, or suspicion of illegal activity.
How user data is processed and protected is explained in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Astrological analyses, readings, and content in Astegra are generated using Google Gemini, a third-party AI service, for: generating astrological readings, producing automatic answers to user questions, and creating personalized analyses. AI-generated content is for informational and entertainment purposes only, carries no guarantee of accuracy, and does not replace professional advice. Users acknowledge that such content is produced by automated systems. The scope of data shared with the AI service is described in the Privacy Policy.
